At a southeast Houston community park hundreds gathered for the Chocolate Bayou festival. As the legendary O'jays sang on the outdoor stage, hundreds of young poor blacks put on an angry combative display. These young teens surged and jostled in a mass of gang signs and threatening expletives.Houston police responded with scores of officers that were able to disband the angry mob of young children. The concert continued to the cheers of concert goers unaffected by the chaos in the park. email me at tlogreen@sbcglobal.net
